All prices are shown in NZ dollars and all orders are shipped from New Zealand.
International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties, Violet Darkling is not responsible for and has no control over these charges.
Violet Darkling uses New Zealand Post for all of its domestic delivery services. This cost will be included in the total price once a destination has been selected. For all international deliveries Violet Darkling uses DHL. This cost will be calculated once a destination has been selected.
All purchases will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment. Please allow for up to 4 weeks for delivery. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.
EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
Violet Darkling does not offer a refund once a piece has been purchased and dispatched to the client, this is due to the double inspection period before a piece has been sent out. However, we do offer an exchange policy if one is unhappy with the piece in question. We are unable to accept exchanges on any item that has been worn and we do not offer any exchange or refund on earrings.
Please inform us by emailing customer services before you send back a piece of jewellery for exchange at email@example.com or via our Contact Page.
We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please send all jewellery exchanges back to the Violet Darkling address given in our contact details.
